Please have your complete list of beneficiaries before starting the enrollment process.

You will need: Full Name, DOB, city, state, relationship and nationality of each beneficiary (7 Total) which can be friends are family members. Also you must include at least 3 beneficiaries on the application.

Complete the Application Process and select your preferred Funeral Protection Plan.

After completing the certification course you will receive a registration link to Register as Consultant

Our Funeral Assistance Protection Plan Details

Selection of Funeral Assistance Plans:

* BENEFICIARY:

Beneficiaries are members that has been included within a Funeral Assistance Plan by the Plan Holder to benefit from the plan coverage during the event of the death of an included Plan Member.

* LOWER STATES:

The lower states have a lower rate for our Funeral Assistance Plans. Here are a list of the Lower Sates: Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York,

California and Puerto Rico.

* REGULAR STATES:

The Regular States are charged at a regular rate pricing for our Funeral Assistance Plans. Here are a list of our Regular States: All remaining 45 states plus Washington D.C. and

the United States Virgin Islands

* IINDIVIDUAL/SMALL FAMILY PLAN:

A Funeral Assistance Individual Plan can cover yourself as the Plan Holder and 1 additional Beneficiary at an additional cost to benefit from the Plan Coverage during the event of the death of an included Plan Member.

For Ages 0 up to age 65.

* FAMILY PLAN:

A Funeral Assistance Family Plan can cover yourself as the Plan Holder and up to 6 additional Beneficiaries at the Standard Cost. This plan will also allow a 7th Beneficiary at an additional cost for the 8th person.

For Ages 0 up to age 80.

* SIVER PLAN:

A Funeral Assistance Silver Plan can cover yourself as the Plan Holder and 1 additional Beneficiary for an additional cost to benefit from the Plan Coverage during the event of the death of an included Plan Member.

For Ages 66 up to age 75.

*PLEASE NOTE: All Plans have a One-Time Registration Fee of $30 and the First Three Months Plan Fee has to be paid upfront to activate your Funeral Assistance Plan Contract.
